Commuting and Creating in New York City

Inspiration can be found all around us, from quiet moments in our everyday lives to novel experiences that force us to think outside the box. As designers and architects, it’s our job (and our pleasure) to visually interpret the world around us.

Our team recently took up a challenge: to explore and reexamine our surroundings on our daily commutes and to find inspiration in these familiar, overlooked places. Commuting in New York City can be a grind and this creative photo challenge put a little fun into an activity we all generally try to tune out.
