Senior Project Architect

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Project Architect to join our New York City office.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 – 12 years professional experience with significant time working on high-end residential and cultural facilities at the museum quality level. Candidates should be highly motivated with excellent REVIT skills, design sophistication, and extensive project coordination experience. Expertise and knowledge of varied building systems and construction technologies including steel frame, concrete, wood frame rough and finish, interior and exterior architectural detailing, lighting, finish work and custom millwork, etc. The understanding and coordination of MEP and structural systems design are also critical skills. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. millwork, lighting, and finishes.
Portfolio / resume / references must demonstrate a passion for design and technical coordination, extensive construction administration experience and an organized approach to project development, design refinement and full-team coordination. Candidates must also possess good listening skills, the ability to respond to design direction from principals and a demonstrated ability to bring complex projects to successful fruition along with a high degree of flexibility, and proven team leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
